1. Service Agreement
WIHRMS provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for HR management. All services are subject to the specific subscription plan chosen by the company.
2. Payment Terms
⚠️ All payments must be made in ADVANCE before the software configuration and service activation.
Subscription fees are billed according to the agreed cycle. Delayed payments may result in temporary suspension of the dashboard access.
3. Usage Restrictions & Security
🛑 Any attempt to tamper with the software code, reverse engineer the mobile application, or unauthorized attempts to access system databases will result in IMMEDIATE termination of the subscription without any notice.
Users must not use the platform for any illegal activities or to store sensitive data outside the scope of HR management.
4. Support
Support is provided as per the priority level of your plan. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Wevanta Infotech is not liable for system downtime caused by third-party hosting issues or internet service interruptions.
5. Termination
Companies can cancel their subscription at any time. However, advance payments made are subject to our Refund Policy.
