At WIHRMS, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our services. However, if you wish to cancel your subscription, the following refund rules apply.

1. Conditions for Refund

Refunds are only considered if the service cancellation request is made due to a valid technical reason that our team is unable to resolve within 15 business days.

2. Refund Calculation

We provide partial refunds after deducting all expenses incurred during the software setup, server configuration, domain mapping, and third-party API costs (like Firebase or Payment Gateways).

3. Non-Refundable Items

Setup fees and the first month's subscription amounts are generally non-refundable once the dashboard has been handed over to the client.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 working days from the date of approval and are credited back to the original source of payment.
